Dedicating Today’s Training Session

Another Heterotaxy baby, Elise, passed away this morning at 6:21 am EST.  She’s 8 days younger than Noah.  During my swim and bike sessions this morning, I’ll be thinking and praying for sweet Elise, her parents and the rest of her family.  Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as well.

Noah, you have another little friend up there with you.
