No More Break?!

After taking about a six-week break from working out, starting this week I think — yes there’s a bit of hope in there as well – I’m ready to get back into a regular training routine.

I’ve been spending a lot of time stretching and focusing on previously  neglected  muscles (such as the psoas) and doing different back-bends to help loosen me up even more.  And I’ve returned to icing more frequently.

Last week I managed to get through two separate 45 minute cardio workouts and complete a couple of upper body and lower body exercises without any major issues.  And yesterday I spent a full hour on an indoor spin bike!  I’m feeling pretty good.

I think my break is over.  I hope my break is over.  We shall see…
